In an increasingly interconnected world, the nature of legal proceedings is undergoing profound transformation. Against this backdrop, the Bali International Arbitration and Mediation Center (BIAMC), in collaboration with Universitas Katolik Atma Jaya, convened a virtual talkshow on Wednesday, 21 May 2025, to reflect on the evolving dynamics of dispute resolution in the digital era. The session, broadcast live via Zoom and BIAMC\u2019s official YouTube channel<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, carried the timely theme: “Arbitrase 3.0: Solusi Sengketa di Era Digital Tanpa Batas”.<\/p>

The Advent of Arbitrase 3.0<\/strong>
The dialogue explored the implications of a borderless digital framework\u2014where virtual hearings, electronic evidence, and transnational case administration are no longer theoretical possibilities, but operational realities. Guiding this exploration were two esteemed figures in the field: Professor Dr. Ida Bagus Rahmadi Supancana, a distinguished authority on international arbitration and legal technology, and Dr. Samuel Hutabarat, S.H., M.Hum, whose academic and professional engagements offered a nuanced perspective on the modernisation of legal practice. The session was ably moderated by Djenar Sekar Ayu, who stewarded the discussion with clarity and critical insight.<\/p>
