In recent weeks, Ms. Naz Schinder, Founding Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Bali International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (BIAMC), and Founder and Managing Partner of Schinder Law Firm, undertook a series of official visits to Vienna, Berlin and London. During these visits, she met with the Ambassadors of the Republic of Indonesia to Austria, Germany and the United Kingdom.<\/p>

These engagements provided a platform for constructive dialogue on the development of Indonesia\u2019s legal system in the context of increasing global investment and cross-border trade. Key areas of discussion included the advancement of legal education in Indonesia, collaboration with leading international law schools, and the strengthening of institutional capacity in international arbitration and dispute resolution.<\/p>

In Vienna, Ms. Schinder met with H.E. Damos Dumoli Agusman, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Austria. The discussion highlighted the role of academic engagement in supporting the development of credible and forward-looking arbitration institutions.<\/p>

\u2028During the meeting, Ms. Schinder presented Ambassador Agusman with a Certificate of Recognition in recognition of his role as a member of BIAMC\u2019s Academic Advisory Board, acknowledging his valuable professional insight and experience, and expressing BIAMC\u2019s intention to maintain dialogue and explore his future contributions to the Centre\u2019s academic and institutional development.<\/p>
