The Bali International Arbitration and Mediation Center (BIAMC) is honoured to stand as a supporting organisation for the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot (FDI Moot) Shenzhen, taking place in July 2025. This prestigious event plays a crucial role in shaping the future of international arbitration and strengthening cross-border legal dialogue. The Online Preliminary Rounds will be held on 19–20 July 2025, followed by the In-Person Elimination Rounds on 26–27 July 2025, which will take place at the SCIA Tower in Shenzhen.
Hosted by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), the 2025 FDI Moot will bring together outstanding students, respected academics, and leading practitioners from around the world. The event provides a vibrant platform for exchanging ideas, sharpening advocacy skills, and exploring evolving issues in international investment law and arbitration practice.
