Bali International Arbitration and Mediation Center is proud to support the 2023 ADR in Asia Conference, the flagship event of Hong Kong Arbitration Week. This year’s theme “The Kintsugi of 21st Century International Arbitration” is much more than taking stock of the status quo, but is instead a nod to the fragmentation and disruption of the past few years and how the arbitration community has “reset” itself and adapted to new ways.

The panels will explore, among other topics, the role of AI in arbitration, discuss updates on the new ORFSA regime in Hong Kong, offer different perspectives on the well-trodden ground of issue conflicts, and showcase lively debate.
